The Jacksonville GM Roadster Club plans a fun filled day Saturday, November 14, 2009, at Ocala’s Silver Springs Nature Park – Home of the Glass Bottom Boats, 5656 East Silver Springs Blvd, Silver Springs, Florida. We will meet at the park not later than 9:30 AM. Instead of the usual parking lot for our Kappa cars and friends, the Silver Springs staff will direct us to a designated area inside the compound. If you arrive after 9:30 AM, you will have to park outside the compound. Arrive early! The group price is $19.00 per person, paid at the gate. The park staff are planning an “old fashioned” picnic lunch buffet (hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, baked beans, potato and macaroni salads, condiments, iced tea, water station, etc.) for $9.99 per person.
